Ground Beef Nachos in a Skillet

The easiest way to make homemade nachos.

Ingredients:

8 oz tortilla chips
1 cup cooked ground beef
1/2 cup canned black beans, drained and rinsed
1 cup chopped tomatoes
1/2 cup thinly sliced green onion
1 jalapeno pepper, thinly sliced
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425° F. Line a skillet with aluminum foil.
  2. Spread tortilla chips in the skillet. Layer ground beef, black beans, tomatoes, green onion, jalapeno and shredded cheese on top of chips.
  3. Place in oven and bake for about 5 minutes, just until cheese melts.
  4. Remove skillet from oven. Pull aluminum foil out of skillet and place on a serving plate and enjoy!
