Tomato and Turkey Macaroni Soup





Serves 12 |
A perfect side for lunch.
Ingredients:
1 lb ground turkey |
3 teaspoons minced garlic |
2 teaspoons onion powder |
2 cans chopped tomatoes, 28 oz. each |
2 cartons bone broth, 32 oz. each |
2 tablespoons brown sugar |
1/2 cup ketchup |
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning |
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce |
2 cups macaroni |
Directions:
- Combine the ground turkey, garlic and onion powder in a stockpot. Bring to medium heat and cook until turkey is no longer pink.
- Add the chopped tomatoes, broth, brown sugar, ketchup, Italian seasoning and Worcestershire sauce to the stock pot. Stir together. Bring to a boil then reduce heat and let simmer for 10 minutes.
- Pour the macaroni into the stock pot and cook for 15 minutes, until macaroni is tender.
- Ladle the soup into serving bowls and enjoy!
