Korean Beef Tacos





Serves 8 |
The flavor is out of this world good!
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons soy sauce |
3 teaspoons sesame oil |
2 tablespoons brown sugar |
1/4 teaspoon crushed red-pepper flakes |
1/8 teaspoon ground ginger |
2 teaspoons vegetable oil |
2 cloves garlic, minced |
8 oz ground beef |
1 cup prepared kimchi, chopped |
1/3 cup prepared Sriracha mayonnaise |
12 mini flour tortillas, warmed |
1/4 cup diced red onion |
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro leaves |
1/4 teaspoon sesame seeds |
Directions:
- Combine the soy sauce, 1 teaspoon sesame oil, brown sugar, crushed red pepper flakes and ground ginger in a mixing bowl. Stir together until well combined. Set aside.
- Pour the vegetable oil into a large skillet and bring to medium-high heat. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute, stirring often. Add the ground beef and cook until fully browned. Drain liquid.
- Pour the soy sauce mixture into the skillet, stir and cook for 2 minutes. Set aside.
- Spoon the ground beef along the middle of the tortillas. Top beef with kimchi, red onions, cilantro and sesame seeds. Add a drizzle of Sriracha mayonnaise to each taco and enjoy!
