Honey Lemon Basil Grilled Chicken Thighs





Serves 6 |
The easiest healthy summer meal.
Ingredients:
1/3 cup honey |
1/4 cup lemon juice |
1/4 cup olive oil |
1 tablespoon lemon zest |
1 teaspoon Montreal seasoning |
6 boneless chicken thighs |
1/4 cup fresh basil, chiffonade |
Directions:
- Whisk the honey, lemon juice, olive oil, lemon zest, and Montreal seasoning together in a bowl. Pour the remaining marinade into a resealable bag.
- Place the chicken thighs in the bag. Coat in the marinade. Seal the bag and place in the refrigerator to marinate for at least 1 hour.
- Bring the grill to medium heat. Place the chicken thighs on the grill. Cook for 4-6 minutes and then flip and cook an additional 4-6 minutes.
- Transfer the chicken thighs to a platter. Tent with foil. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
- Garnish chicken thighs with basil. Enjoy!
