Frozen Peanut Butter Greek Yogurt Bites





Serves 18 bites |
Sweet protein-packed perfection.
Ingredients:
1 cup plain Greek yogurt |
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter |
1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract |
2 tablespoons honey |
1/8 teaspoon salt |
6 oz dark chocolate chips, melted |
Coarse salt, for topping, optional |
Directions:
- Add the Greek yogurt, creamy peanut butter, vanilla extract, honey, and salt to a mixing bowl. Stir together until well mixed and smooth.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Scoop out 18 portions of the mixture. Dip them into the melted chocolate. Then arrange on the lined baking sheet. Sprinkle a pinch of coarse salt on top.
- Place the sheet into the freezer. Allow to chill for at least 2 hours, until the bites are firm.
- Enjoy as an after-workout treat or afternoon snack.
